The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is a recruitment agency which conducts online examinations to recruit the candidates for the post of probationary officer/ Management trainee in various public-sector banks.

IBPS has released the no. of vacancy along with the notification. There are 3247 vacancies announce by the IBPS for the 20 participating banks.

Fill bank preference based on Headquarters of the banks:


If the candidate belongs to southern India and by mistake he chooses the bank which has the branches in north India, then it will be difficult for the candidate to get familiar with the environment.

You can choose the preference order based on the headquarter of the banks. The banks have more branches in the state where the headquarter located. So, there will be chances to get posted near your place.

Fill bank preference based on Region/States:


IBPS gives the preference to the candidates who are familiar which the regional language. Also, candidates feel the good work environment in own states. You can choose the bank preference for IBPS PO based on the region as given below:
