Nationality
- A candidate must be either a Citizen of India/ Nepal/ Bhutan or
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Age Limit
There is different age limit for the different post for the IBPS RRB exam as given below:
- For IBPS RRB Officer Scale- I & Office Assistant: 18 to 30 Years
- For IBPS RRB Officer Scale- II: 21 to 32 years
- For IBPS RRB Officer Scale- III: 21 to 40 years
IBPS RRB 2017-18 Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the IBPS RRB 2017-18 exam must fulfill the educational qualification according to IBPS RRB eligibility criteria as listed below:
- Computer knowledge is essential for all the posts of IBPS RRB exam.
- Aspirants must have proficiency in the local language of the State / UT for officer assistant and officer scale-I positions.
